Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eicher Motors has informed that appointment of Director and re-appointment of the Auditors has been approved by the shareholders at the 40th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company, held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, through video conferencing: Appointment of Govindarajan Balakrishnan as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from August 18, 2021. Re-appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for second term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of 40th AGM till the conclusion of the 45th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2027.
