Adani Enterprises has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely, Raigarh Natural Resources (RNRL), on August 26, 2022, with an Initial Authorized Share Capital of Rs 10,00,000 and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 5,00,000 each to, interalia, carry on business in Mining of Coals and Other Minerals and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. RNRL will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
