Tata Steel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 26, 2022 with the Government of Punjab for setting up a 0.75 MnTPA long products steel plant with a scrap-based electric arc furnace (EAF).

Active Holdings, Dubai, UAE, (Franchisor) one of the subsidiaries of Aster DM Healthcare has executed on August 26, 2022, Area Development Agreement with GD Assist, Bangladesh, whereby the Franchisor has agreed to grant rights to establish and operate pharmacies under the brand name Aster Pharmacy at sites located within the defined geographic areas in Bangladesh.

RITES has secured a new business order with JV Partner, for redevelopment of Kollam Railway Station for Rs 361.18 crore from Southern Railway, Ernakulam, Kerala. The share of RITES in the order is 51%.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) provides for the development of financial accounting software for NMDFC and State Channelizing Agencies (SCAs), loan accounting software for receiving and processing of loan applications and accounting of repayments from beneficiaries.

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely, Raigarh Natural Resources (RNRL), on August 26, 2022, with an Initial Authorized Share Capital of Rs 10,00,000 and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs 5,00,000 each to, interalia, carry on business in Mining of Coals and Other Minerals and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. RNRL will commence its business operations in due course.

Jubilant Pharmova’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Jubilant Draximage Inc., has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) with Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) status from the USFDA for its radiopharmaceuticals manufacturing facility at Montreal Canada in respect of the inspection conducted by the regulatory agency from June 6, 2022 to June 10, 2022. With the receipt of the EIR, the inspection stands successfully closed.

This Hotel is strategically located just a short ride from Gujarat’s prominent Sabarmati River and The famous Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Memorial. This is the fifth hotel under the company's umbrella in the State of Gujarat.
