Tanla Platforms informs about annual report

Tanla Platforms has informed that the 26th Annual Report of Tanla Platforms for the FY2021-22 (the 'Annual Report') after the conclusion of the AGM. As the Independent Director revoked his consent for re-appointment for the second term as proposed as item No. 6 of the Notice of the AGM, the agenda item was dropped by the Chairman and the Director retired as an Independent Director with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 26th August 2022. The Notice of the AGM which forms part of the Annual Report is amended to this effect. The revision has no impact on the Statement of Profit and Loss account of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.
