JSW Energy has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 23, 2013, consequent upon attaining the age of superannuation, R. R. Pillai, whole-time director designated as director (Technical & Projects) of the company, Pillai would cease to be the director and whole-time director of the company with effect from close of January 31, 2013 after a long and illustrious career with JSW Group.
