In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that, Abhay Kumar Singh (DIN: 08646003) ceased to be Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Company with effect from evening of 31.08.2022, upon attaining the age of superannuation. Further, Ministry of Power vide its letter dated 31.08.2022 has conveyed the decision of the Competent Authority to assign the current charge of the post of CMD, NHPC to Yamuna Kumar Chaubey, Director (Technical), NHPC for a period of 03 months with effect from 01.09.2022 or till a regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
