Aurionpro Solutions has informed that the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26th September, 2022, at 10.30 am (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') or Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Further informed that, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 20th September, 2022 to Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend. Notice of AGM along with Annual Report is enclosed.
