HDFC Bank informs about loss of share certificates

HDFC Bank has informed that it has enclosed an advertisement for loss/ misplacement of share certificates in the edition dated September 06, 2022 of The Free Press Journal and its Marathi translation in Navshakti. The paper clipping of the above two advertisements is enclosed with a request to display the same on Notice Board and inform the Members in general not to deal with the concerned share certificates. In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, it shall issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as September 22, 2022 provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till September 21, 2022. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by its Registrars; Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
