NTPC has reportedly entered into agreement with armed forces for supply renewable energy. This is the first agreement by the Indian Armed Forces to source power from renewable energy.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
