Shriram Transport Finance Company has informed that the company has received the letter from the shareholder informing about loss of physical share certificates but without mentioning the details of shares such as Distinctive Nos., certificate No. etc. of the Company. A photo copy of the documents along with proof of the date of receipt is enclosed. The Duplicate share certificates shall be issued only on receipt of complete documents from the shareholder to the satisfaction of the RTA and the Company including completion of procedural requirements in this regard.
