Date: 26-09-2022Tata Elxsi has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain closed from September 24, 2022. The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2022. The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges.
