Coal India has informed that, Bijay Prakash Dubey, General Manager (CS) has been appointed as a ‘Compliance Officer’(CO) of the company with effect from 1st October 2022 vice Shri Viswanathan. His Brief Profile is enclosed as Annexure. Further on completion of four months contract, M. Viswanathan ceased to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 1st October 22. This is as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LoDR) Regulations 2015.
