JSW Energy Ltd.

JSW Energy has raised Rs 250 crore through allotment of 2,500 Secured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The board of directors at its meeting held on September 30, 2022 has allotted the same.

JSW Energy, part of the JSW Group, is a growing energy company. The Group has diversified interests in carbon steel, power, mining, industrial gases, port facilities, aluminium, cement and information technology.
