Tech Mahindra has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31st October, 2022 and Tuesday, 1st November, 2022 to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022; The audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The financial results shall be considered and declared on 1 st November, 2022. As intimated vide its earlier communication dated 29th September, 2022, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Tech Mahindra, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st October, 2022 and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results by the Company.
