ITC’s arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil
Date: 13-10-2022ITC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- ITC Infotech India (I3L) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil under the name of ‘ITC Infotech Do Brasil’ on October 10, 2022; the registration certificate evidencing incorporation of the said subsidiary has been received by I3L on October 12, 2022.
ITC has business a interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agribusiness, packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
