Narayana Hrudayalaya’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Health City Cayman Islands (HCCI) has entered into share purchase agreement on October 13, 2022 to acquire the entire outstanding 50,000 ordinary shares of ENT in Cayman (EICL), a Cayman Islands resident company providing complete diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions. HCCI shall purchase the shares on completion of the conditions precedent as agreed in the share purchase agreement. The total paid-up capital of EICL is 50,000 ordinary shares and on completion of acquisition, EICL shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of HCCI and step-down subsidiary of Narayana Hrudayalaya.

The acquisition will enable HCCI to expand its healthcare business in Cayman Island into ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) specialty.
