Date: 15-10-2022With reference to the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited ('MEML' or 'Transferor Company') with Mahindra and Mahindra ('M&M' or 'Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders ('Scheme'), Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that a joint Company Scheme Petition filed by the Transferor Company and the Transferee Company under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 for sanctioning the Scheme was admitted by the Divisional Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai ('Tribunal') comprising of Justice P.N. Deshmukh, Hon'ble Member (Judicial) and Mr. Shyam Babu Gautam, Hon'ble Member (Technical) for final hearing on 18th November, 2022 vide order dated 23rd September, 2022. As per the directions of the Tribunal, the notice of hearing of the Company Scheme Petition has been published today (i.e., 15th October, 2022) in the Newspapers viz. Business Standard, Mumbai edition (in English) and Navshakti, Mumbai edition (in Marathi).
