Ksolves India informs about dividend and revised record date

Ksolves India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Sunday, October 16, 2022, considered, recommended and declared the 2nd interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share for the financial year 2022-23. On account of the exchange holidays, the company has revised the record date for eligibility of the 2nd interim dividend. The interim dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names would appear on the Register of Members of the Company on October 28, 2022, being the Record date revised and fixed for eligibility of the Dividend.
