The above together with the related Press Release are enclosed. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the aforesaid financial results together with the report of the Auditors’ and the Press Release are being uploaded on the Stock Exchanges through https://digitalexchange.nseindia.com/ and http://listing.bseindia.com/.
