Hindustan Zinc reports 33% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Hindustan Zinc has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The company has reported a rise of 32.92% in its net profit at Rs 2681 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2017 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 35.29% at Rs 8703 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 6433 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 32.87% in its net profit at Rs 2680 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2017 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 35.29% at Rs 8703 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 6433 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
