Date: 22-10-2022Dr.Reddy's Laboratories has informed that it enclosed notice of Postal Ballot seeking approval of Members of the Company, through remote e-voting for the following businesses: Special Resolution - Appointment of Arun Madhavan Kumar (DIN: 09665138), as an Independent Director in terms of Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013; and the company also informed that the special resolution mentioned in the said Postal Ballot Notice have been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority on October 20, 2022. In accordance with Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the summarized voting result of the remote e-voting, in the prescribed format, along with a copy of the Scrutinizer’s Report are enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
