Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company (WOS) namely ‘Tajpur Sagar Port’ (TSPL) on October 21, 2022. TSPL has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for the purpose of development of deep-sea port on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis at Tajpur, West Bengal.
