Container Corporation Of India Ltd.

Container Corporation of India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The company has reported 1.92% fall in its net profit at Rs 236.58 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 241.23 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.   However, total income of the company has increased by 4.54% at Rs 1166.82 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1116.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.

Container Corporation of India is engaged in the business of transportation through containerization and it is the market leader having the largest network of 59 ICDs/CFSs in India.
