Electronics Mart India has commenced the commercial operations of three new Specialized Outlets under the brand 'EASY KITCHENS' on October 22, 2022 at the following locations in Hyderabad, Telangana.

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs 2,042 crore across its various businesses. The company’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business has secured orders for T&D projects in Middle East and Americas. The company’s civil business has secured orders for infra works in the Water Pipeline and Data Centre segments in India. The Railways business has secured orders in conventional and technologically enabled segments in India. Cables business has secured orders for various types of cables in India and overseas.

SJVN’s wholly owned subsidiary -- SJVN Green Energy has started commissioning of its 75MW Solar Power Project located at Tehsil Kalpi, District Jalaun near Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The complete 75 MW capacity shall be commissioned by the end of this month i.e., October 30, 2022. The project shall generate 168.34 Million Units (MUs) in the 1st year and the project cumulative energy generation over a period of 25 years would be about 3919 MUs. This would help in annual enhancement of revenue to the tune of approximately 45.11 crore which would enhance the top and bottomline of balance sheet. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the same has been signed with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPCL) for 25 years.

Zydus Lifesciences (formerly known as Cadila Healthcare) has received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to market Ketorolac Tromethamine Tablets USP, 10 mg. Ketorolac Tromethamine Tablets are indicated to relieve moderately severe pain, usually after surgery. The drug will be manufactured at the group's formulation manufacturing facility at Ahmedabad SEZ, India.

Route Mobile’s wholly owned subsidiaries -- Masivian S.A.S. and Estratec S.A.S. have incorporated a step-down subsidiary namely – ‘Route Mobile Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.’ The objects of the Route Mobile Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. shall be to carry on business of providing SMS services and other allied Omni channel communication services. This new entity formation would further strengthen Company’s organic growth strategy in the North America.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022. The bank has reported rise of 27% in its net profit at Rs 2,580.68 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 2,032.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 19.48% to Rs 10,047.00 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 8,408.87 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported rise of 20.73% in its net profit at Rs 3,608.18 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,988.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 14.15% to Rs 17,513.02 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 15,342.72 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

Reliance Industries has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022. The company has reported a fall of 25.07% in its net profit at Rs 6,915 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 9,228 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 34.06% at Rs 143,693 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 107,187 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On the consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal rise of 0.21% in its net profit at Rs 15,512 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 15,479 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.55% at Rs 236,377 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 178,328 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
