Hindustan Unilever reports 22% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Hindustan Unilever has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The company has reported a rise of 19.62% in its net profit at Rs 2,616 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,187 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 15.81% at Rs 14,866 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 12,837 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 22.20% in its net profit at Rs 2,670 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,185 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 16.44% at Rs 15,253 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 13,099 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
