ITC informs about updates on acquisition
Date: 28-10-2022Further to the letter dated 18th October, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that the Company has acquired on 27th October, 2022, 1,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs 10 each of Mother Sparsh. With the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in Mother Sparsh aggregates 22% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.
