Reliance Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Reliance Strategic Business Ventures (RSBVL) has invested an amount of USD 15 million in its subsidiary, SkyTran Inc. RSBVL has invested in SkyTran to increase its shareholding to 62.83% on a fully diluted basis.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
