Bajaj Auto has reported fall of 10% in total sales to 3,95,238 units in October 2022 as against 4,39,615 in the same month last year. Total domestic sales increased by 11% to 2,42,917 units in October 2022 as compared to 2,18,565 units in October 2021. However, total export sales decreased by 31% to 1,52,321 units in October 2022 as compared to 2,21,050 units in October 2021.

Total domestic two-wheeler sales were up by 4% at 2,06,131 units as compared to 1,98,738 units in the year-ago month. Total domestic Commercial Vehicles sales stood at 36,786 units in October 2022 as against 19,827 units in October 2021, registering a rise of 86%.

Bajaj Auto is world’s fourth largest two and three-wheeler manufacturer. Bajaj Auto has three plants in all, two at Waluj and Chakan in Maharashtra and one plant at Pant Nagar in Uttaranchal.
