The project to supply and install 800 units of DC fast EV Chargers has already been initiated from Delhi and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2023.
NIIT has acquired 100% membership interest in St. Charles Consulting Group LLC (StC) through its wholly owned subsidiary, NIIT (USA), Inc. Headquartered in St. Charles, Illinois, StC is a leading provider of consulting, design, and implementation solutions for strategic learning programs to professional services firms and Fortune 500 companies. The acquisition was completed at a fixed consideration of $23.428 Million subject to certain adjustments as per definitive agreements. In addition, the definitive agreements provide for payment of annual performance based earnouts over the next four years.
State Bank of India (SBI) reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022. The bank has reported rise of 73.93% in its net profit at Rs 13,264.52 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 7,626.57 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 14.22% to Rs 88,733.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 77,689.09 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported rise of 64.46% in its net profit at Rs 15,017.28 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 9,131.23 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 13.49% to Rs 1,14,782.48 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,01,143.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
AdaniConneX, a joint venture between Adani Enterprises and EdgeConneX, has opened ‘Chennai 1’ hyperscale data center campus located at SIPCOT IT Park in Chennai, India. In Phase 1, the campus offers 17 MW (IT Load) that will scale up to 33 MW (IT Load) at full capacity.

The company has reported a rise of 46.78% in its net profit at Rs 407.47 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 277.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 28.41% at Rs 7220.55 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 5622.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 59.32% in its net profit at Rs 373.40 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 234.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.34% at Rs 8590.56 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 6491.18 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
