Goodluck India informs about outcome of board meeting

Goodluck India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, November 09, 2022 which commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 12:05 pm has considered and approved the followings: The standalone and consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the half year/quarter ended on September, 2022. The financial result has been reviewed by the Statutory Auditor. A Copy of the unaudited financial result along with Statutory Auditor's Limited Review Report is enclosed. The resignation of Rashmi Garg (DIN: 08188918) as a women independent director of the Company. There is no other material reason of resignation of Rashmi Garg other than those specified in her resignation letter dated 09/11/2022. A copy of letter of resignation along with the information required in the SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is annexed. The closure of trading window will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 09, 2022. A statement of deviation/variation in utilisation of funds raised as required under regulation 32 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations is also attached.
