In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, NHPC has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held today Thursday, 10th November, 2022 (meeting commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 2.55 pm) has considered and approved the Un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2022. A copy of the approved un-audited financial results along with Limited Review Report issued by Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed. In terms of Regulation 54 read with Regulation 56(1)(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Statutory Auditor's certificate with respect to listed debt securities of the Company as on September 30, 2022 is also enclosed.
