JSW Steel has reported the crude steel production for the month of October, 2022 at 17.76 lakh tonnes, that grew by 25% as against 14.25 lakh tonnes in October 2021 on standalone basis. The production of rolled products (flat) stood at 13.61 lakh tonnes in October 2022 as compared to 10.45 lakh tonnes in October 2021 i.e. up by 30%. The production of rolled products (long) rose 11% to 3.70 lakh tonnes in October 2022 as against 3.34 lakh tonnes in October 2021. The capacity utilisation improved to 93% in October 2022 from 89% in September 2022.
