This is an intimation under Regulations 30, 33, 51 and 52 read with para A 4. h) of Part A and para A. (16) (b) of Part B of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). The company also enclosed the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2022, along with the Limited Review Report thereon, issued by the Statutory Auditors, Messrs B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and a copy of the Press Release. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11th November, 2022 commenced at 8.35 am and concluded at 11.30 am.
