Mphasis informs retirement of Independent non executive director at AGM
Date: 02-02-2013Mphasis has informed that Nawshir Mirza, independent non executive director, retired at the annual general meeting held on February 01, 2013, since he did not offer himself for re-appointment. The vacancy caused by retirement of Mirza was not filled up at the annual general meeting. The company would appoint a replacement shortly.
