In continuation to the publication of Notice of the meeting of equity shareholders of the Bank in the newspaper’s edition of Business Standard and Navshakti on October 22, 2022, October 29, 2022, November 04, 2022, and November 11, 2022.  HDFC Bank has informed that it has published for one more time in today’s Mumbai edition of Business Standard {English language} and also Marathi translation thereof in the Mumbai edition of Navshakti informing once again about the NCLT convened meeting of equity shareholders (which includes public shareholders) of the Bank which is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, at 02:30 pm (1430 hours) IST. The newspaper clippings of the same are attached. The said newspaper clippings are also available on website of the Bank, www.hdfcbank.com.
