Date: 19-11-2022Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that the Bank has today approved the allotment of 1,56,433 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme. The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs 12,53,83,36,860 to Rs 12,53,99,01,190. The new equity shares issued shall rank with existing equity shares.
