Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s (APSEZ) step down subsidiary -- Adani Agri Logistics (AALL) has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiary namely Adani Agri Logistics (Chandari), Adani Agri Logistics (Katihar Two) and Adani Agri Logistics (Gonda). AALL Chandari and AALL Katihar are incorporated in India and registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on November 21, 2022. AALL Gonda is incorporated in India and registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on November 22, 2022.

AALL Chandari, AALL Gonda and AALL Katihar have been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of AALL for the purpose of development, design, construction, financing, procurement, engineering, operation and maintenance of Silo Complexes with Container Depot (Hub Silo Complex) and without Container Depot (Spoke Silo Complex) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis under PPP mode at Chandari and Gonda, Uttar Pradesh and Katihar, Bihar respectively.
