Ksolves India informs about closure of trading window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, Ksolves India has informed about the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its all Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Employees, connected persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall be closed from December 03, 2022. The trading window will open after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2022.
