Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) wholly owned subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has transferred Kishtwar Transmission (wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting) to Sterlite Grid 24, the successful bidder on December 06, 2022. Kishtwar Transmission has been established for the development of ‘Transmission System for evacuation of power from Pakaldul HEP in Chenab Valley HEPs-Connectivity System’.

PFC is central PSU under Ministry of Power and India's leading NBFC.
