Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) wholly owned subsidiary -- Larsen & Toubro International FZE (LTIFZE) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on December 8, 2022, to purchase stake in OPRO.AI INC., a Delaware Corporation with the objective of realizing business synergies with relevant businesses of L&T Group. The cost of acquisition is $1 million.

L&T is an Indian multinational engaged in technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services.
