Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, HDFC Bank has informed that its Registrar- Datamatics Business Solution have informed the Bank on December 12, 2022 regarding receipt of requests from shareholders with the details for issuance of duplicate share certificates. In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the company will issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as December 28, 2022, provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till December 27, 2022. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by its Registrars Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
