Datamatics Global Services in partnership with CloudGrowth has incorporated a Joint Venture Company viz. ‘Datamatics Cloud Solutions’ (Joint Venture Company) on December 15, 2022 to bring their respective competencies together and to jointly provide the services using Salesforce CRM platform and such other related services through the said Joint Venture Company. Datamatics will hold 77% of the paid-up equity share capital of the aforesaid Joint Venture Company.
