Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Axis Bank has informed that it enclosed a copy of postal ballot notice. The remote e-voting will commence on Sunday, December 18, 2022 (9:00 am IST) and end on Monday, January 16, 2023 (5:00 pm IST). The result of the postal ballot will be declared within two working days from the conclusion of remote e-voting process on or before Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will also be made available on the website of the Bank at www.axisbank.com. The Postal ballot notice is being sent only by email to those members who have registered their email address with their Depository Participants or KFin Technologies and whose names appear in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as maintained by the National Securities Depository, Central Depository Services (India) and KFintech as on the cut-off date Friday, December 9, 2022.
