Tech Mahindra Ltd.

Tech Mahindra has approved the sale of its 100% stake in wholly owned subsidiary - Dynacommerce Holdings BV to Comviva Netherlands BV, a step-down subsidiary, for consideration of Euro 6.6 million. The agreement is expected to be signed during the first week of January 2023. Comviva Netherlands B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Comviva Technologies, subsidiary of Tech Mahindra.
