Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, HDFC Bank has informed that its Registrar Datamatics Business Solution have informed the Bank on December 19, 2022 regarding receipt of requests from shareholders with the details for issuance of duplicate share certificates (attached). In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the company shall issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as January 04, 2023, provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till January 03, 2023. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by its Registrars Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
