3i Infotech has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary in India on December 20, 2022. This subsidiary is a private company by shares called ‘NuRe CampusLabs’. The wholly-owned subsidiary has been incorporated to engage into business of Ed Tech related products and solutions.

Earlier, the company had incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary in India on December 12, 2022. This subsidiary is a private company by shares called ‘NuRe FutureTech’.
