JSW Steel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Friday, 20th January 2023, to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended 31st December 2022. Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders approved by the Board on 21.05.2021, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed with effect from 1st January 2023 to 22nd January 2023. This is for the information and in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
