Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Logistics (ALL) has entered into joint venture (JV) agreement with DA Group (DAG) and its affiliates for exploring opportunities in warehousing business. Purpose of entering into the agreement is development and operations of logistics and warehousing parks in Ahmedabad and Kolkata.
