Further to its letter dated 22nd November, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(13) of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, JSW Energy has informed that as per the count of the valid votes cast by remote e-voting through the postal ballot process, the ordinary resolution for the appointment of Parth Jindal (DIN: 06404506) as a Director of the Company with effect from 28th October, 2022, liable to retire by rotation, has been passed by the Members with requisite majority on 22nd December, 2022, being the last date of voting. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, the details of the voting result are attached in the prescribed format alongwith a copy of the Scrutinizers’ Report dated 22nd December, 2022. The voting result, along with the Scrutinizer's Report, is also available on the website of the Company.
