Tata Consumer Products has informed that as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Securities will be closed from Sunday, December 25, 2022. The closure is in connection with the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2022. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ending December 31, 2022, will be intimated in due course. The same will be informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above-referred Code of Conduct.
